The common thread in the human experience is change. Sometimes, these changes are sought after and celebrated; other times, we wish they never happened. My work has focused on the unwelcome and unexpected changes that happen in life, whether from a difficult life transition, medical diagnosis, traumatic event, loss, or being uprooted from what you know. Despite these unwanted changes, we all hold the ability to heal. My goal is to help you find yours, and with it, a sense of confidence, growth, and inner peace to apply towards past, current, and future hurt.
I pull from various philosophies towards healing and acceptance of change. Behavior change through integrating new habits, story-telling, imagery, meaning exploration, and meditation are common in my practice.
